Step into the new year with an evening defined by gastronomy, togetherness, and the classic Boheme atmosphere. We invite you to a festive New Year’s Eve, where the kitchen has crafted a special menu filled with the finest seasonal ingredients, exquisite delicacies, and elegant flavor nuances.

Carpaccio of yellowfin tuna and foie gras, spring onion oil, chives and brioche

 

Creamy lobster bisque with sautéed leek, crème double and crispy croutons

Veal tenderloin with winter greens, béarnaise and red wine glace
