Menu 1:

Crab stirred with dill/lime mayonnaise, laid with avocado cream & pickled tomatoes, capers, cress, grape & cucumber in white balsamic vinegar.

Creamy Jerusalem artichoke soup flavored with truffle oil, apple & pepper bacon.

Slices of beef tenderloin served with haricot verse, truffle puree, red wine sauce & bearnaise.

Chocolate ganache on praline bottom, with sorbet & pickled berries

3 courses with soup DKK 995,-

Menu 2: The french Christmas

Creamy Jerusalem artichoke soup flavored with truffle oil, apple & pepper bacon.

Old-fashioned foie gras terrine with duck confit & pistachio served with prunes in armagnac & brioche.

Confit of duck with beetroot, apple & onion served with mustard honey & herbs.

3 European cheeses with garnish.

Armagnac marinated prunes served with vanilla ice cream.

Menu 3: Christmas Extravaganza

Crab served with avocado cream.

Danish smoked salmon from served with pear, cocoa fruit juice vinaigrette & capers.

Slices of beef tenderloin served with burgundy sauce & truffle puree.

Comté served with crisp bread, truffles honey & fresh peeled truffles.

White chocolate mousse with liquorice caramel & blood orange sorbet.

Our menus & beverages are from 8 person and up and must be ordered at least 14 days upon arrival

Final number must be confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to your visit. Be aware that you must choose the same menu for the whole group – but we will take special requests in consideration.
